A moment for gratitude, and a call to action for the 80
Just feeling grateful that you're here, I got some work to do to grow this newsletter, but you are all my early supporters. I love you.
I am grateful you’re here.
I never believed anyone would sign up for letters from a chubbicorn.
I wanted to pause for a moment to reflect on my gratitude for you.
I’m grateful for the few that walk with me
Numbers are meaningless if it doesn’t make a difference.
Since being here in crypto, I’ve made new friends, I’ve found new inspiration, and I’ve opened more doors.
A path is only worth going on if you have friends to share it with.
Some paths we walk alone, but the most filling are the ones where I can share it in community.
Kindness is strength
Growing up, the lessons I learned were to be strong, to have a thick skin, to be tough, and to man up.
As I heal and grow, I’m finding that all those teaches came from a place of fear.
Open your heart.
Keep it open.
Be vulnerable.
Those who are not afraid, are willing to expose themselves fully.
Those who are not cowards, are willing to show compassion.
Those who are not living in fear, are willing to be hurt.
Kindness will be met with retaliation, anger, and hate.
Keep that heart soft.
Stay vulnerable.
Feel the hurt, and radiate your love.
Grow with me
Every interaction we make, every choice we make, is a seed we plant in this world.
A small gesture may seem small, but for someone out there, it may mean the world.
It may be the pivot point that turns the world around.
It may spark a moment of compassion for the person that cures cancer.
It may give space for the person that saves the world.
You, have it within yourself, to change the path of humanity.
We’ll make the difference when WE take responsibility for ourselves, and not rely on the systems to solve the problems of the world.
This newsletter will focus on our mental health.
It’ll focus on hacking our physical health.
It’ll embrace the tech that’s changing the world.
And we’ll learn new skills to be self-sufficient.
The world of convenience has made us soft. It’s trained us to push buttons on our phones, and every dasher out there will solve all our problems.
You are 80.
