Ah, this feels familiar to me. You quoted my favorite line/moment from Avengers. It’s not only the line that is perfect, it’s the bias of what the others think until that moment, and - for me - it was the control and ease he switched from being this calm, awkward techy geek to a brawny, uncontrollable monster. I think it that scene is brilliant.
The world biases toward calm and control, which means we bottle our less welcomed emotions up, and we don't embrace who we truly are. It's one of my favorite scenes.
Honored to continue to witness these vulnerable shared moments of your healing journey.
I have also touched those deep places within myself and my own experience of trauma and ancestral wounding.
Bows to you for being willing to go there, acknowledge those parts, to come into relationship with them. It's clear to me that however broken some part of you thinks you are, you also have access to your core, centered self.
Would be honored to sit in circle with you, brother.
The walls are crumbling down, they've been beaten on for years, a patchwork of mortar and junk holding it together. It's kept me safe, it's gotten me far in life, and all the parts that society deemed unloveable are here, and it is my goal to love it, and embrace my wholeself, in community with others like you. 🙏

Cheers. To crumbling walls.
